If you've ever met me, you would know that I have a slight obsession with tea. By slight obession I mean I have packages of tea spread around every room in my house and at my university residence. My all time favourite place to purchase tea has to be at Davids Tea.

I stumbled upon the the store just a bit over a year ago and I fell in love instantly. In a year I had to have spent at least 200 dollars on tea and accessories and I haven't felt any regret over it. I even used my first paycheck to buy 300 grams of tea. I also have no shame to admit that I brought my friends into a similar addiction. Aurora happened to be one of my first victims and she became obessed with the first tea she bought at David's Tea. Buddha's Blend was a surprise for the both of us, we like trying new things but I didn't have very fond experiences with trying teas outside of black or green teas and she hadn't tried many teas that weren't sold at grocery stores. However we were so glad we did, it has to be both of our all time favourite white teas.

The tea has white and green tea leaves, jasmine pearls, white hibiscus blossoms, as well as some natural and artificial flavour. Although it's one of David's tea more pricey teas, it is definately worth it. During summer when I was working at camps, this tea got me through the day. It calmed me down whenever the children got too stressful and I was able to swing my mood around with just a sip. Aurora, on the other hand hasn't bought a package of her own yet, so whenever she comes over to my place it's always one of the things she wants to have. We both find that the tea tasts better iced with some honey but having it hot on a cold day is very refreshing too.

David's tea also has a wide variety of selection to suit anyone's needs. They honestly have something for everyone and I always seem to have trouble deciding what to try next because I haven't been let down once with their selection. They also have a wide variety of accessories and tea based products for anyone who wants to expand their love of tea further.

They also have a rewards plan where every dollar you spend will give you a point and unlike many businesses they round up their points. So if you spend 3.25$ on a cup of tea you would get four points instead of three. With every 100 points you can get 50 grams of free tea, which I may have been using to sate my craving of Buddha's Blend...
